Full-face rubber expansion joint is an improved product. In the installation process, the flange can not be rotated at will, by using the bolt set for fixing greatly improve the sealing and pressure resistance performance of the product.
When the bolts are installed, the flange and the edge of the sphere are installed inside together, which greatly increases the pressure resistance strength, generally up to 2.5Map or 4.0Map pressure. The sphere is configured with a booster ring outside, and the flange is configured with a limit device at both ends to prevent the pipeline pressure from rising to produce super limit radial displacement, thus playing a role in protecting the equipment.
