The thrustless compensator uses Pascal's theory in fluid mechanics, and cleverly utilizes a sealed annular air chamber in the design structure. This chamber has two annular pressurized surfaces, one is the fixed chamber end surface, and the other is the shoulder annular surface of the telescopic tube sealed inside the chamber, which can be moved with the telescopic tube. This movable annular pressurized area is exactly the same as the expansion cross-sectional area. When the compensator works, the pressure on the annular surface under the medium pressure is equal to the pressure on the cross-sectional area of the expansion tube in the opposite direction, so the two pressures cancel each other out. In this way, in the designed bracket, only the pressure of the compensating and fixed bracket is considered.
Oil-injected sleeve compensators are called pipe expansion joints. Pipe expansion joints are compensation devices for thermal fluid pipes, mainly for auxiliary straight pipes. Suitable for hot water . Steam. Oil medium, through the sliding sleeve to the jacket for sliding movement, can achieve the compensation of thermal expansion.
Oil-injected sleeve compensator is suitable for medium engineering pressure ≤ 2.5MPa, medium temperature -190℃~600℃. Oil-injected sleeve compensator adopts new sealing material flexible graphite ring, high strength, small friction coefficient (0.04~0.15), no aging, good effect, easy maintenance and other characteristics.
