The efficacy of rubber joints on underground sewage treatment, the choice of pipeline and the natural environment of application are harmful because rubber joints themselves have the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, offset and force transmission, rubber joints have the same efficacy in underground sewage treatment. The actual effect of rubber joints in underground sewage treatment is not very good, there are two possibilities:
1 . The natural environment of the installation .
2 . The connection between the pipe and the rubber joint. Rubber joints are not highly specified in the natural environment of construction inside and outside the pipeline. After assembly, they must be removed to ensure that there is no dirt, and then rubber joints are installed. If there is dirt, the pipe or other mechanical equipment will be corroded under long-term sealing conditions, leading to leakage. In underground sewage treatment, after the rubber joint is connected to the pipe or other mechanical equipment, the sealing performance of the socket is checked. In underground sewage treatment effect, rubber joints are generally connected in the form of laser welding, which can be stronger to ensure the poor contact of the socket after long-term use. Rubber joints only need to be installed normally in underground sewage treatment to bring a good compensation effect.
